So, the closing is not for a few more months (April 12th), but we extended an offer on a house in the Village of Whitefish Bay and it was accepted today! Very exciting for both of us!

The house is a darling 3 bedroom colonial and it is only 2 blocks from Richards Elementary School and a short walk to downtown Whitefish Bay! For those out of towners, WFB is a lovely village community ~ 6 miles North of downtown along Lake Michigan. Colin can't wait for the big rec room downstairs and his own yard to run around in the Spring!
